Installation Guide (Text Version)

1. Switch off power supply of vehicle head light before installation and take off the original bulb power supply socket when bulb cools down.
2. Open up a hole with diameter 22 mm long in the center of head lamp assy cover, and connect it with rubber obstructing cover of HID lamp line.
3. Loosen the fixation clamp, take off the original vehicle bulb, install HID bulbs with the same model lamp holder ( bulb size model, e.g. H1, H4, H7, 9004 etc), and fasten the fixation clamp.
4. After checking the right polarities of original power supply plug and the feeder of electronic controller, link them up and cover the head lamp assy cover. (For those vehicles that don’t head lamp assy cover, at least four layers of high temperature insulation rubber belts are used to wrap after linking up.)
5. Fasten the ballast with screws on the nearby place of head lamp assy in case of convenient connection place (fine ventilation, away from engine and water tank radiator.)
6. Connect electronic controller with high voltage tie wire of HID lamp, put one side of attached connecting wire of power supply into the power supply socket of electronic controller, connect the other side with low voltage power supply wire of HID lamp of wire, and fasten wires with attached nylon bandages.

Cleaning after the installation is completed, check the height of light through turning on the lamp and adjust it to the proper position.

Installation Guid (Sketch map for the HID installation)

1. Open the front car cover, and take off the engine. After cooling for 10-15 minutes, takes off the assembly of headlight. If

there is enough room for the installation of the components without completely removing your headlight.

2. Open the rear cover of headlight and remove halogen light.

3. Drill a hole into the center rear cover of lamp housing with a 25mm hole cutter.

4. Take of HID package (Note: HID bulb security and sanitation)

5. Make HID bulb fitted into the front the front lamp lan tern

7. Firstly plug bulb wire into rubber mat, then put into rear

cover assembly (waterproof cap should cover tightly)

8 Fix well salver by screw, then make ballast fixed in salver by bandage. (Note: installing ballast should be far from engine and place of temperature.)

9 Pressure wire of HID light should connect pressure wire of ballast. Make low pressure wire of ballast connects with 12v power wire of original car light.

If added resistant, the low pressure wire of ballast should connect with resistant.

10. Finish installing, check the angle of lamp light and adjust to proper location.
